The National Vocational Retraining Assistance Plan (NVRAP) feature of the Plan provides employees on an indefinite layoff (ILO) Tuition benefits as long as they meet the program eligibility requirements that follow: 1) Possess one year of seniority as of the last day worked and 2) Retain recall rights. The total maximum amount is based on the employee’s years of seniority as outlined below:

$7,400 1 to 3 years
$8,400 3 to 4 years
$9,400 4 or more years

Please Note: Total tuition use per year that exceeds $5,250.00 of total ETAP/NVRAP combined or NVRAP only is subject to state and federal taxes.
